Create is an Intensive outpatient treatment. It deals with mental health and legal matters as well as addiction. It offers a different approach to chemical dependency. While it still uses the 12 steps it offers other ways and methods to become sober and live a sober life. The groups are small and you receive one on one counseling. They help you deal with your addiction and the legal problems you are facing because of addiction. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants help with addiction but doesn't want to go into inpatient treatment.
